根据《北方工业大学国际学生本科学籍管理规定》的学业审核制度，拟结束学业的在籍国际学生，应提前一年提交学业审核申请。申请者符合我校规定的获得毕业生资格的条件时，学校受理其申请，被受理学业审核申请的学生即被认定为具有毕业生资格，方允许修读毕业设计（论文）课程。
According to the Regulations on the Management of Undergraduate Status for International Students of North China University of Technology, International students who intend to finish their studies should submit an application for graduate qualification one year in advance. When the applicant meets the requirements for obtaining graduate qualifications set by the school, the school will accept the application. The students whose application is approved will be deemed to have graduate qualifications, and allowed to study the graduation design (thesis) course.
请各学院于2021年10月15日之前对国际学生的毕业生资格进行审核，并将告知国际学院。
